General objective:

Evaluates the operation of a future space analog station on Mars.

 

Presentation

Happened the remote space analog mission simulation 83 organized by space analog station Habitat Marte. The mission is occurring from October 1st to 11th 2021. The members of the mission 83 were Prof. Julio Rezende (Brazil), Atrayee Basu (India), David Emmanuel Vargas Villanueva (Puerto Rico), Nur Aina Noorazli (Malasya) and Rishi Gandhi (India). The goal of the mission was to discuss the application of sustainability on a future space habitat operating on Mars. More information in @HabitatMarte social media.

 

 

Activities developed during the mission:

- reflections about how to apply sustainability on space;

- Research and Development of space habitats design;

- Live from Habitat Marte to present the facilities to the crew;

- Installation of air conditioning in the facilities of Habitat Marte (caiçara do Rio do Vento – Brazil).

- Discussion about innovations applied to space exploration.

October 8th – Friday – 11h AM GMT – Presentation of Rishi about greenhouse and Aina about the Powerstation.
